GROW with Singlife, an investment platform under financial services company , has launched its enhanced advisor and client platform, developed in partnership with InvestCloud.

The upgraded platform empowers GROW’s financial advisor representatives (advisors) with advanced tools to deliver more personalised advice, streamlined servicing, and stronger client engagement, Singlife said in a statement late last week.

“Our focus is to help our advisors deliver comprehensive and personalised insights to connect more deeply with their clients,” Jonathan Ong, head of technology at GROW, said. “With the upgraded platform, advisors can offer tailored and reliable service at scale, while clients benefit from a more transparent and seamless experience.”

Enhancements on the platform include: faster, secure digital onboarding; easy account opening extended from individuals to families and companies; intuitive dashboards; the ability to switch among funds to efficiently rebalance them and adjust portfolios; and streamlined trading and expanded mutual fund trading options.
